Mersey Tigers stormed into the final of the British Basketball Cup with a resounding second leg win against arch rivals Newcastle Eagles on Friday night.The Tigers, who are a professional partner of Precision Training, were trailing by 7 points going into the second leg but they dominated the fixture winning 114-85.
Great Britain duo, Nate Reinking and Andrew Sullivan, were to the fore scoring a mammoth 69 points between them.
The Tigers have a little wait to see who they will face in the 2011 Final - last years finalists One Health Sharks Sheffield and Cheshire Jets will battle it out to secure back to back appearances on the 10th of December.
