Precision Keeper Brian Jensen Kicks Off Testimonial Year

Precision Goalkeeping’s Brian Jensen has announced the launch of his testimonial year this month after he entered his 10th season with Burnley.

"The beast" joined the Clarets on a free transfer in June 2003 and has since made 270 appearances.

Jensen lived up to his nickname when he saved two spot kicks in a dramatic penalty shoot-out to knock Chelsea out of the League Cup in 2008.

Jensen also launched the Precision Goalkeeping range in 2010 when he wore the gloves for the first time in the Premier League fixture against Chelsea.

First up of the testimonial events is a 'Beast of a Race Night With A Difference', to be held on Tuesday, November 20th in the James Hargreaves Stand’s executive suite.

Jensen has invited a number of former Clarets’ team mates to this fun evening at Turf Moor, including Jay Rodriguez, Robbie Blake, Ade Akinbiyi, Danny Coyne and Graham Branch. The stars will take part in a series of challenges on the Turf Moor pitch.
