Eat well and stay hydrated with Perform Open Evening

Local state-of-the-art health, fitness and human performance facility Perform is inviting members of the public to a ‘Good Nutrition and Hydration’ evening on the 26th of March.

Based at St. George’s Park, The FA National Football Centre, Perform offers top-range health and fitness facilities to top footballers and the general public alike.

Led by Perform’s in-house Win Naturally nutritionist Wendy Griffin and sports scientist Ben Drury, the evening will educate guests about eating right and staying hydrated. Attendees will learn about designing an ‘eat well plate’, choosing healthy snacks and why hydration is so important.

Phil Horton, Perform Director, said; “Perform at St.George’s Park is our flagship sports medicine and human performance facility in the UK and we are committed to making lessons from elite sport accessible to all.”
