Precision Training ambassador Graham Taylor has spoken to Sports Insight about his football journey.The former England manager discusses how training has changed over the years.
"When you compare how players train today with how it was wehn I started, it's a totally different world.
"No one had ever heard of passing arcs, speed ladders, reaction hoops, agility hurdels and all other things Precision Training has developed and modern players now take for granted.
"Precision Training gives the opportunity to youngsters to feel they are training like the professionals, and that is very important.
"Grass roots football would suffer if kids were denied the chance to copy their role models."
